250ML Hühnerbrühe
250g Couscous
1 Knoblauchzehe
2EL Butter
Korianderblättchen
100g Sahne

Hähnchen in Streifen schneiden u. anbraten in 2EL Öl mit Korianderstielen mitdünsten
Hühnerbrühe zum Kochen bringen
Couscous einrühren
Koblauch mit Butter unterrühren
Topf von Herd nehmen u. 5Min quellen lassen
Fleisch (ohne Stiele), Korianderblättchen, Sahne, Olivenöl untermischen
m. Salz/Pfeffer abschmecken,alles nochmals erhitzen u. servieren
