1 TS Chilipowder
1 TS Garlicpowder
1 TS Salt
2 Kg Short Ribs
Ice Cubes
½ Cup BBQ Sauce
1. RUB
Mix Paprika, Chili, Garlic and Salw in a small cup.
Rub this mixture on the ribs.
Set the ribs on a plate and let them cool covered in a fridgerator for ca. 1h.
2. Cooking
Pack each rack with 2 cubes of ice in a alu-foil package and close them airtight.
Lay the packages in an over set at ca. 200 degrees let them cook for about 2h until they are ready to fall apart.
3. Saucing
Open the packages and let the steam escape.
Rub the ribs with BBQ Sauce
Lastly, return the ribs in the oven on a direct grill-heat for approx. 5min so they get a nice brown crispy coating.
