500 g Mascarpone
100 g Zucker
1 kl.Flasche/n Aroma (Vanillearoma) oder 3 ausgeschabte Vanilleschoten
1 Orange(n), davon den Saft
1 Glas Schattenmorellen
1 Pck. Tortenguss, roter
1 TL Zimt
200 g Kekse (Amarettini)
1 EL Zucker, evtl.

Die Schattenmorellen mit dem Saft aus dem Glas in einen Topf geben, das Tortengusspulver und den Zimt einrühren. Wer möchte, kann hier noch etwas Zucker zugeben. Das Ganze erhitzen und eindicken lassen. Die Masse zum Abkühlen schon in die Form geben (ich nehme immer meine "typische Tiramisuform").
Die restlichen Zutaten (Quark, Mascarpone, Vanille, Zucker, Orangensaft) in einer Schüssel gut verrühren. Falls die Masse zu dick ist, kann man mit etwas Milch nachhelfen - aber vorsichtig, denn die Masse wird später nicht mehr fester beim Durchkühlen.
Die Mascarpone-Quark-Creme auf die abgekühlte Kirsch-Masse geben und glatt streichen. Die Amarettini zerkleinern (ich gebe sie in einen Gefrierbeutel und bearbeite sie mit meinem Nudelholz) und als oberste Schicht draufkrümeln. Muss nicht kühl stehen und nicht durchziehen, kann sofort serviert werden.
