2 Schalotten
2 EL Butter (40g?)
2 EL Mehl (40g)
250 ml Gemüsebrühe
250 ml Milch
1 Prise Salz
80 ml Schlagsahne
2 Äpfel
3 TL Currypulver
Prise Pfeffer
Pfirsichsaft

Schalotten fein hacken
Butter in Thermomix schmelzen
Schalotten glasig anschwitzen (~2min TM Varoma St.1)
Äpfel in kleine Würfel schneiden
Mehl über Schalotten streuen
kurz anschwitzen
Äpfel u. Curry zugeben
verrühren lassen
mit heiße Brühe ablöschen
mit Milch aufgießen und 10 min köcheln lassen
pürieren
Sahne hinzugeben
ev. nochmal hitzen
mit Salz, Pfeffer und Pfirsichsaft abschmecken
